Orange County Convention Center

Whether you are an exhibitor, an attendee at a convention, or attending an event our vacation homes are the perfect alternative to the usual convention experience. Our homes are four times the size of a hotel room and come with a full Kitchen and private swimming pool. 

The Orange County Convention Center OCCC is the second largest convention facility in the United States with 7,000,000 sq ft of total space which includes 2,100,000 sq ft of exhibit space, 480,000 sq ft of meeting space, and 156,000 sq ft of ballroom space. The facility is divided into two buildings, the West Building and the North/South Building, separated by International Drive, so the first thing you will need to know when attending an event is which building the event is in. The North/South Building can either be used as a single space totaling almost 1,000,000 sq ft or may be divided into six smaller halls, North A1, North A2, North B, South A1, South A2, South B, so it is important to know where your event is being held.

PARKING: The OCCC has two parking lots on site plus an additional off site satellite parking garage. Rates vary upon vehicle size, event, and time of day. Spaces are on a first come first served basis and overnight parking is not allowed.

The West Building Parking Lot can be accessed via Exhibit Drive, Convention Way, or Westwood Boulevard.

The North/South Building Parking Lot can be accessed from either International Drive or Universal Boulevard.

The Destination Parkway Parking Garage is located off International Drive near the Beeline Expressway, a shuttle is provided to either the West or the North/South Buildings.

Orange County Convention Center is located on South International Drive, between Pointe Orlando and SeaWorld, and is approximately 10 minutes drive from our vacation homes. Although physically located on International Drive the mailing address for the convention center is 9860 Universal Boulevard, Orlando Florida 32819.
